[Fiware-gctc-challenge] Providing a solution for the GCTC

[Project Ray]

Hi,

 

Project Ray is an Israeli company with a solution that uses FIWARE
technologies for identity management and text-to-speech.

The solution was developed as part of our participation in FIWARE
acceleration program at FI-C3 in 2016.

 

We now initiate a program with the city of Hartford in Connecticut, USA to
deploy the solution locally and offer it to local residents.

We would like to send this project for the challenge.

 

1.	What do you require in terms of 'power by FIWARE solution"?
2.	What is required in terms of documents and commitment from the
partner city in North America?
