Following up on Antonio Jara's email, I want to emphasize that Gold Member representatives in the Board of Directors will play a crucial role in deciding who will be appointed for the current vacancies on the Board of Officers. From my understanding, since AWS is no longer a Platinum Member, Gold Member representatives now constitute a majority on the Board of Directors. Therefore, I would like to ask them to push for transparency in the selection process and clarify the criteria being followed. There is nothing wrong with sharing what criteria will be used. In this respect, I believe that the criteria proposed by Carlos Callejero from Digitanimal are quite relevant for evaluating candidates for the CTO position and should be incorporated, as also suggested by Antonio Jara. Additionally, some of these criteria (experience managing teams, as an event speaker, interacting with peers, analysts, and media) also apply to the other vacancies. However, I have not seen any response or reaction to the feedback provided. Furthermore, it is noteworthy that this selection process is taking place during a period when Gold Member representatives are under election. Shouldn't the selection be the responsibility of the Board of Directors constituted after the elections of the new Gold Member representatives? Has the FIWARE Foundation verified with its Legal Department whether this process is correct?
