Hi All, For those people who cannot travel to Torino I have booked a videoconferencing system that will enable connecting during the meeting. There are three different time slots booked, as I couldn't create a single booking for the whole meeting duration, below you'll find the details to join. The two typical connection options used are either the WEB SCOPIA DESKTOP solution (preferred one!), or a standard videoconferencing system (Attend the meeting from Internet). In the former case, when you connect to the web conference the WEBSCOPIA client will be downloaded to your laptop, so take this into account when joining (it takes a few moments to complete). Also the Microsoft Office Comunicator (M.O.C) usually works fine. If anything else fails, you can rely on a simple audio connection Attend the meeting by the Phone or an ISDN videoconference endpoint.
