[ICT-13] ICT-13 call postponed

Hi all,

   Some of you have mentioned you may have certain problems to connect 
to the audio today and we have also to finish some tasks regarding 
preparation of next steps.

   Therefore, we will post-pone the call today to Tuesday Feb 26, 12:00 
CET.   I will send the invite.

   I will be continue bilateral discussions with some of you.
