[ICT-13] ICT-13 call postponed

Hi all,

   I didn't realize that Tuesday the time zone diference would 9 hours 
rather than 6, so I have to move the call to 16:00 CET in the afternoon 
(which will be 7:00am in San Francisco).

   Apologies for the inconvenience this may cause.  I hope you can 
adapt.  Otherwise, those who miss the call shall follow the minutes.
