[FIWARE-ihubs-committee] Fwd: Revamping iHubs MSC charter

Dear Gonzalo and Ali,

thank you for your efforts.

Please let me support with some basic rules which are applied by all FIWARE
Mission Support Committees:

   - Once we have more than one chair (like in iHub with Chair and
   Vice-Chair) both need to be aligned when inviting and communicating to the
   to the community
   - Changing the charter should be driven by the chairs and pre-aligned
   with the representative of the Board of Officers responsible for the MSC
   (in the case of iHubs this is Stefano)
      - afterwards this should be openly aligned with the whole committee
      - The final version needs to be aligned with the Board of Officers
      and will be presented by the CEO to the Board of Directors for final
      approval
      - Changes in the bylaws are only effective once they are approved by
      the BoD
   - In general meetings of the MSCs (as well as the TSC) should be open to
   everyone.
   - It is ok that only members of an iHub which has signed the iHubs
   agreement with the FIWARE Foundation can be elected as chair or vice-chair
