[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] partially ok status for zurich for feb 24 - why?

Hi all,

We see from here:

http://status.lab.fiware.org/node/Zurich

that we have status partially ok for Feb 24.

I see from the notifications that the sanity check
sends that we were OK on all 3 tests (4:50AM,
12:57PM and 8:50PM). So does anyone have
any idea why we should be partially OK rather
than simply OK.

(We did have one NOK result due to shortage
of floating IPs on Feb 22, 8:50PM, but I don't
think this should change affect status on Feb 24).

Any ideas?
