[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] partially ok status for zurich for feb 24 - why?

Hi Seán,
We, too, have noticed that all nodes (but Zurich and Madrid) are down; 
yesterday, we brought the news to Álvaro.
Should we push him a reminder, or ask to someone else?
