So if an admin has his node red in the sanity check, it does not have any way to simply verify with the cloud portal that his node is working or not! For sure, this will increase so much the time for debugging…

A side from this, up to now, 99% of the red case in the sanity check for the Lannion node are false alert. Most of the time a relaunch of the sanity check and we are green again, but we need to wait for 40-50 min for this.

I think it is reasonable to remove this feature in the cloud portal, it will for sure decrease the customer satisfaction.

Hi Riwal,

yes, that is the expected behaviour. If a node don’t pass the checks, it is not enabled for the users.

Alvaro,

When I connect to the Lannion node with the cloud portal, I cannot, it is Red!

I suppose that this a new service that is linked to the sanity check: something like, if the node does not pass the sanity check test, then the cloud portal do not let you choose this node, right? Can you remove this behavior?
