Alvaro, For instance, today we do not pass the sanity check: This is the error that the tool is highlighting: [cid:image001.png at 01D14F7D.6BC390A0] Not easy to know the cause of the problem with this info. If we check deeper, we see that the sanity check tenant has already 2 VMs created and was not able to delete them. We will manually delete them, and hopefully this will solve the problem with the sanity check. root at node-1:~# nova-manage vm list | grep 8368995edf4042da9df4fb3ddcd45d89 lannion2_testing_instance_snat_20160114122304 node-13 m1.small active 2016-01-14 12:25:34 302771ba-286d-4db8-8b1e-f5a1da14951a 8368995edf4042da9df4fb3ddcd45d89 9348ed393ccd44ceb826ba5d47bc01e6 None 0 lannion2_testing_instance_meta_20160114195238 node-14 m1.small active 2016-01-14 19:56:02 302771ba-286d-4db8-8b1e-f5a1da14951a 8368995edf4042da9df4fb3ddcd45d89 9348ed393ccd44ceb826ba5d47bc01e6 None 0 Do we want our users to depend of this kind of problem? For sure, this will increase so much the time for debugging… A side from this, up to now, 99% of the red case in the sanity check for the Lannion node are false alert. Most of the time a relaunch of the sanity check and we are green again, but we need to wait for 40-50 min for this. I think it is reasonable to remove this feature in the cloud portal, it will for sure decrease the customer satisfaction. If a node don’t pass the checks, it is not enabled for the users. I suppose that this a new service that is linked to the sanity check: something like, if the node does not pass the sanity check test, then the cloud portal do not let you choose this node, right? Can you remove this behavior? BR Riwal Kerherve {T} +33 (0) 2 56 35 85 04 {M} +33 (0) 6 83 64 25 94 -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
