Fernando,

Many thanks for the information, It clarifies the point. I regret that we were not in the loop, we could have complain that it was too early to activate this kind of feature. I would have rather show a popup to the user like “Be aware that some problems were found in this node and you might encounter some errors…”.

Hi Riwal,

That behaviour was presented to the FI-Core Technical Manager and accepted to be implemented some months ago, it was not implemented till now due to we have other things. We can make a better approach to this functionality, but we have to redefine the functionality. I mean, the main topics that we can adopt is to allow the use of the region in any case.

Bear in mind that the final purpose is that the user that goes into the platform does not see any error in the execution of any command in the platform. It is something that we have to avoid at all costs.

Fernando

Hi Riwal,

yes, that is the expected behaviour. If a node don’t pass the checks, it is not enabled for the users.

Alvaro,

When I connect to the Lannion node with the cloud portal, I cannot, it is Red!

I suppose that this a new service that is linked to the sanity check: something like, if the node does not pass the sanity check test, then the cloud portal do not let you choose this node, right? Can you remove this behavior?
