[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] HA Proxy and VIP

Hi,
I don't have any test, but actually with the "crm status" you can see the
status of all the cluster resources. So if one resource is failing you can
see a set of "Failed actions" or, in the worst case, the resource is not
anymore listed (so there is a issue with that resource).
