[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] more problems with the portal?

Hi all,

One of our users is having further issues and we think
it might be the portal again. This time he is unable to
create a volume.

We have tried to do this via the portal and seen a 503
error returned. We tried the same operation via cinder
locally and it worked ok (cinder create). We also note that
it seems  that we don't receive any requests on our cinder
api.

Has anyone else seen this behaviour?
