[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] Automatic Migration Scripts

Thanks so much, I’m sure it will be very useful to all infrastructures, and with some improvements, it could be integrated as official feature of FIWARE Lab.

I will be also happy to share this information among Technical Committee and Chapter Leaders meeting.
