[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] TR: [FIWARE-JIRA] (HELP-13024) [Fiware-lab-help] Console access to instances

Sorry José, about my question I’m referring to a project , not a user.
Now we can only assign/delete a project to a node via CLI.
I don’t know, is it possible to check the nodes where a project have access? In the old Cloud portal interface we had the possibility to view and choose the nodes for a project.

BR,
Cristian

Ok. I assigned the ticket to me and moved the user to Spain2 region.

We'll see what can be done. ...

What do you mean with "Do we have the possibility to check the node access for the users?" --- What do you exactly need?

Best regards,
José Ignacio.

Thank you for the clarification José.

Brittany and Senegal node will not accept other users besides the community users accepted by Orange.
Meanwhile Lannion node will accept this type on users.
For the trial users we do we have a specific ticket in Jira, as FLUA for the community users?

@José: Can you please change the signup procedure for these 2 nodes?
Do we have the possibility to check the node access for the users?

BR,
Cristian

Dear Cristian,

I Copy Alfonso and all the other nodes because this concerns every node.

That user (mariocq77 at gmail.com<mailto:mariocq77 at gmail.com>) is a Trial user, not a community user. We agreed when we changed to the Vanilla version of Keystone that every node will be eligible by the new Trial users.

If any node doesn't want to accept Trial users, please, let us know (Fernando, Alfonso and me) so we can change the "Sign up" procedure for the new users.

Best regards,
José Ignacio

Hi all,

Today we had a strange request from the user mariocq77 at gmail.com<mailto:mariocq77 at gmail.com>, that was not assigned by us on the node Brittany.

He don't know who gave him access to the node. He made only an account request.

Also I checked after his email address an FLUA ticket in Jira, without success.

@Fernando: Do we have a procedure on the creation of a community user?

I think it will be a I'll change the default quota in 0 for instances and cpus.

@Alvaro: How can we check the nodes where this user have access? Today, I know only to assign or delete the access on a specific node.

BR,

Cristian

Hello:

I have tried to assign a floating ip address to my project but

it seems the pool is exhausted and I haven´t been able to do it. In

order to progress I have tried to log through console but the system

is asking me for username/password. Investigating in google I think

console access is totally disabled but i want to check with you if

this is the case. My instance runs the following image orion-psb-image-R5.4

If neither I can assign a floating ip address nor I can use

console, is there anyway to connect to the instance?

Regards,

Mario.
