[Fiware-lab-help] Use of concept deployed in FI-LAB in challenge

I am thinking about presenting an idea to the FI-WARE Challenge Smart 
Cities. I would like to know where I can find Fi-WARE and FI-LAB tool to 
deploy this idea. I know this is a basic point to improve my project.
