The best entry point to FI-WARE and Fi-LAB is:

There you will find video-tutorials, detailed information regarding the enablers, etc. and direct links for creating an account and using the FI-WARE cloud portal.

Once you get familiarized with FI-WARE, we can answer specific questions.

I am thinking about presenting an idea to the FI-WARE Challenge Smart Cities. I would like to know where I can find Fi-WARE and FI-LAB tool to deploy this idea. I know this is a basic point to improve my project.
