[Fiware-lab-help] FI-LAB Assistance

Hi José and Fernando,

I again have problems to access my instance via putty and from a web 
browser.

Yesterday I tried to solve this by rebooting the instance from the 
FI-Ware Cloud Portal. Now it stucks in status: "shutoff" and task: 
"rebooting.". When I try to execute the action "reboot" the error: "409" 
is displayed.

Do you have a clue what's wrong?
