Hi,

You'll need to "allocate" a Floating IP to the project and after that,
you'll need to assign that floating IP to any of your VMs. The
communication between your hosts could be done

This is done from the Security link in the dashboard.

Please check the videos in http://lab.fi-ware.eu (cloud -> instances)
