[Fiware-lab-help] Fi-Lab Assistance

Thanks for your answer! And quick response.
However i cant allocate a floating ip because there is an error or somethingafter doing that. So i get a permanent "working watch" using Chrome & Explorer or Mozilla.
I belive is a kind of bug or something or i dont know!!!
I add some pics in order to show the problem.
Please help me, with a workaround or something.
