[Fiware-lab-help] Need help with the platform

Dear Hugo,

Yes, there are tutorials as this is a typical need of the newcomers to FI-LAB. If you go to http://lab.fi-ware.eu (account.lab.fi-ware.eu is just part of this site) you will see a set of video  tutorials. We really tried to make them easy to understand, I hope that  they are friendly enough to get the hang of it .

As regards your question on the development environment, you may want to take a look at this:

  *   http://wiki.fi-ware.eu/Developer_Community_and_Tools

However, FI-WARE is a basically open in this respect. We provide the Open Specs (basically, we specify the interfaces to interact with the GEs) and we provide reference implementations. You can work with FI-WARE regardless of the development environment as long as what you do complies with the Open Specs.

The last part of the message (details on sources of real data) can be answered by my colleagues who are also on this list.
