Thanks, I’ll check the video. One question: if you don’t support VNC, why is there a menu item „VNC Console”?

Currently, we don’t support VNC in FI-LAB. You can access to your VM by ssh. You can get more information in the instance video in lab.fi-ware.eu.

I created a ubuntu13.04-server instance on  <http://cloud.lab.fi-ware.eu/> http://cloud.lab.fi-ware.eu.
The Instances page tells me that the instance is running but I didn’t find a way to access it.
 
“VNC Console” tells me „server rejected connection”.
 
“View Log” gives me:

Also, during instance set-up I was asked to select a key pair. However, I don’t have any and I also couldn’t find any way to create or upload one or otherwise attach it to my account.
