[Fiware-lab-help] FI-LAB Assistance

Hello!

My Name's Ricardo Mendoza. I'm part of one of the teams that are finalists
on the FI-WARE challenge.

We are currently working on the prototype that will be presented on Campus
Party Brazil 2014. The problem is we cannot work properly with the servers
on the FI-WARE cloud. When we try to launch a Blueprint Template, we get an
error message saying that the VMs cannot be created. Plus, when we go to
the instances running, we cannot acces the VNC. We get a message saying
"Server has refused the conection."

So we want to know if this is a general temporary problem or if there's
something we need to do in order to work properly with the servers.
