[Fiware-lab-help] Problems with cloud

Hi.
I'm having difficulties when trying to reach to the cloud instance I've
created. Yesterday it worked fine, but today it is impossible to me to
establish a connection (time to live exceeds).
Doing a traceroute, I can see that there is a network loop between routers.

Is this my fault? Am I doing something wrong? Is this a problem in your
