Thanks a lot for contacting us. This VM seems to be OK. Yesterday we have a networking problem in FI-ALB which could affect you. It would be possible if you access again and tell us the results.

I'm having difficulties when trying to reach to the cloud instance I've created. Yesterday it worked fine, but today it is impossible to me to establish a connection (time to live exceeds).
Doing a traceroute, I can see that there is a network loop between routers.
