[Fiware-lab-help] FI-Lab Assistance

[Rowinson Gallego Medina]

I have the following important problems, and so *I can't start working on
my projects for the Fi-Ware challenge*:

- I can't create a public IP
- I can't create a Blueprint Template with Apache, PHP and a Public IP

*I attach the detailed errors as a PDF document*
