Thanks a lot for contacting us. We have had a problem since we were running out of public IPs. I solved it now, and you should be able to create a new one. Tell us if you continue having problems.
Regarding blueprint template, it should work now.

I have the following important problems, and so I can't start working on my projects for the Fi-Ware challenge:

- I can't create a public IP
- I can't create a Blueprint Template with Apache, PHP and a Public IP
