[Fiware-lab-help] Spain region

Hi,

I just started playing with fiware and it shows a message telling only to
use the Spain region.
In Spain region I cannot configure routers nor networks, is not available.
I can't create containers and volume creation finishes with a error status.

This is due the testing/configuration work that you're doing now?
