[Fiware-lab-help] Spain region

Dear Eloy,

Currently you cannot create networks and routers in region Spain. The 
volume creation is not allowed now, since they are running out empty 
space (This issue will be solved soon.). However, if you need extra 
space (more than what is in your VM) for your application, we can 
forward your request to the operators of the Spanish node.

Though most of the other nodes work properly even now, the GE images are 
missing there. The testing and the final configuration of other regions 
will be finished in few weeks.
