[Fiware-lab-help] Mexico-Cloud: unsuitable Flavor sizes

Hello,

If the flavor is not supported by the VM instance it should not be shown as a viable option. This helps to avoid the user trying to launch a given image and getting an error due to the diminute size of the resources and having to repeat the whole process again.
