[Fiware-lab-help] [Sapin2] Unable to Connect to Instance via SSH

I am working with Spain2 and I have followed the instructions to correctly
create and connect to a VM in the filab.

I have created a floating ip, a security group with every port open from 1
to 64,000 (ICMP from 1 to 255) and I have the appropriate key.

Once I have assigned everything and launched the instance, I am able to use
the VM Display, inside the filab, and I can see that the instance is up and
running. Although I cannot access from there since I do not have the
credentials.

However, I cannot connect this VM using the associated floating ip
(130.206.114.76), nor ping it. The ssh times out, and I never receive a
pong from the machine.
