Dear Fi-Lab Help Staff,

I just created an account on Fi-ware Lab and I am encountering some
problems while trying to setup a virtual machine in the cloud environment.

In some regions it is impossible to allocate floating IPs (e.g. Trento), in
some others (e.g. Budapest) it is possible to allocate a valid public IP
address but it's impossible to create a key pair. Finally in some other
cases (e.g. Berlin) it is possible to allocate floating IPs but, sadly,
these are private IPs (10.X.X.X).

Since the username + password access to the instances is turned off by
default it is impossible to login into any of them (e.g. via the web
console).

Could you please help me though this process?
