Dear Alessandro, As you suggested, I’ve just allocated a public IP on Budapest region and also I’ve created and downloaded a keypair. From my side no problem at all in this process. Can you try to create the keypair using a different browser ? In addition, in Budapest they are using neutron so maybe this guide may help you in setting up the network stuff: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/27543127/deploy-vm-in-fiware-lab-nodes-with-neutron. I’m releasing the public IP now, please let us know if you can solve your problems, Daniele On 14 Apr 2015, at 01:51, Alessandro Cabutto <alessandro.cabutto at gmail.com> wrote: > Dear Fi-Lab Help Staff, > > I just created an account on Fi-ware Lab and I am encountering some problems while trying to setup a virtual machine in the cloud environment. > > In some regions it is impossible to allocate floating IPs (e.g. Trento), in some others (e.g. Budapest) it is possible to allocate a valid public IP address but it's impossible to create a key pair.
