[Fiware-lab-help] Creating Help-Desk Ticket failed

Hello,

i tryed to create a ticket for the region Berlin using following URL
http://status.lab.fi-ware.org/

It does not seem to work.
Here is my ticket:

*Floating IP allocation failed*
Hello,
I would like to access my VM-Instance from internet, so my idea was to
allocate a floating IP and assign this IP to my instance.

I executed following steps:
- navigated to "Security->Floating IPs"
- clicked "Allocate IP to Project"
- selected "public-ext-net-01"
Failed with following error:
{"computeFault": {"message": "The server has either erred or is incapable
of performing the requested operation.", "code": 500}}

Same steps executed with the pool "federation-ext-net-01"
Now I have the IP "10.0.16.200"
Select this IP and associate to my instance "mapt"
Now I get the error:
{"badRequest": {"message": "Error. Unable to associate floating ip",
"code": 400}}
Region: BERLIN
Username: alexander.dragosch at googlemail.com
alexander-dragosch (ID 00000000000000000000000000012589)
