Dear Sergio,
unfortunately the Trento node is having an outage of internet connectivity due to fiber cut.
This morning the Trento team sent an email to alert the users of the node.
Everything should be restored by today.
However I have just forwarded the issue to the Trento team: they will get back to you as soon as the node will be available again.

Hello,
I would point out that all of our Fiware cloud instances are no longer available; our Fiware account is marcosalvatore.zappatore at unisalento.it<mailto:marcosalvatore.zappatore at unisalento.it>.
So, now the list of instances is empty (for example, during the first week of august, we created an Orion CB Image instance).

I noticed this fact yesterday, so it may have occurred earlier. In addition, I cannot create any new Instance (Orion included) because I can't see any available image (Yesterday there were two images, but none of them was useful for us).

Is it a temporary trouble? Thank you in advance.
