Dear Madam/Sir, We have been using the resources provided by FIWARE Lab (formerly Fi-Lab) to experiment with the FIWARE GEs and extend them if possible, as part of the EC funded project OPTET (http://www.optet.eu/). The Fi-Lab account is registered under the email address g.giotis at atc.gr<mailto:g.giotis at atc.gr>. Our aim is to deliver GEs and their reference implementation in the area of trust and trustworthiness and provide these GEs to the FIWARE community for experimentation and testing, to the extend this is possible. Through the provided FIWARE Lab resources, we were testing the deployment capabilities of our implementation to be accessible by project partners and validate them in the context of real life applications. In that way, we targeted to extend FIWARE GEs to cover the requirements of the Trustworthy ICT domain and enrich the FIWARE platform capabilities. Recently, we received an email about changing the FIWARE Lab policy, in which, we followed the instructions to access this policy. In this email, it says that we could apply for "Community users", although not being an accelerator project of FIWARE / FI-PPP. This would be beneficial for us, as an OPTET project, to demonstrate how our GEs can extend existing FIWARE GEs and leverage the use of the FIWARE platform in more domains, such as the Trustworthy ICT. Through this email, we would like to ask about the process to do so, in order to gain from the extended access to FIWARE Lab resource, as Community Users.
