[Fiware-lab-help] Problem with launching instances in BERLIN region

Hello,

I am taking part in the FIWARE accelerator SpeedUP Europe and was trying to get familiar with FIWARE Lab recently. Unfortunately, I was not able to launch a new instance in the Berlin region – should this generally work or should I use another region?

I was trying to launch an instance with the Ubuntu Server 14.04.1 image (ID: 93b6872e-3767-421d-bf2e-05842af00664) but after some time its status switches to ERROR and there is no log accessible…
