[Fiware-lab-help] Problems creating Instance

Good Morning,

When a  log in in cloud.lab.fiware, I get an advise realted to the out of
resources of Spain region.
As the message suggest I switch to the region of Trento and I create a new
Instance, with an associated private key.

The point is the created instance status goes in to an ERROR after the
networking phase. Can you help me to properly create an instance based on
orion 4.1
