[Fiware-lab-help] IP Problem

Dear Francisco,

Which region did you experience problems with public IPs. For example, 
in region Budapest you can assign public floating IPs to your project 
through the cloud portal. We extended our IP range this week, so there 
are unused IPs in the pool now. For instantiation of Orion, I suggest to 
use the Orion image instead of blueprint templates (it is faster).
