Hi Marco,

when I sent you the mail, I couldn´t reboot the machine.

Now the machine is up (I don´t do anything) with status "shutoff". I don´t undertand what happens.

thank you for contacting us.
You should be able to restart your VM, selecting “Reboot Instance” from “Actions” drop-down button.
If this does not solve, I will forward your issue to the Spain node support team.

my name is Juan Carlos Ballesteros and I have virtual machine in the cloud of filab.

We have one machine in Fi-Lab cloud,  and this weekend the machine has been shutdown.
