[Fiware-lab-help] Receiving errors when spinning up errors

Hello,

yes, it works better now. I've managed to setup an instance in Berlin 
too. Also Waterford. Trento, Prague and Budapest are failing. But it's 
ok. I just need one to test.

Also, there are now applications in "Software in catalogue" for Berlin. 
I am just having problems assigning folating ip to an instance. I get an 
error:

{"badRequest": {"message": "Error. Unable to associate floating ip", 
"code": 400}}

I've followed the instructions you sent me, but it still doesn't work. 
Network is up, subnets, interfaces to router, but I can't assign the IP.
