[Fiware-lab-help] fiware lab errors and connectivity problems

Hi,

I am having troubles in using the lab cloud. On the 29th I was able to
access Spain2 without problems, but the next day ssh stopped functioning. I
have tried several nodes (Spain2, Poznan, Berlin, Stockholm), I have also
noticed frequent errors while dealing with instances on the website. But at
the end I manage to get an instance set on the website but when I ssh to it
I get timed out error: ssh: connect to host 10.100.10.10 port 22:
Connection timed out.

My account is still trial, in the last three days I have requested
community account upgrade twice, and still no answer and still the account
is on trial. I am not sure if this has anything to do with the errors and
connectivity problems I am having.
