[Fiware-lab-help] Cannot disassociate IP

Hello,
our instance wrongly displays the floating IP as associated (but it's not,
and the VM is not reachable from external network) .
When trying to disassociate IP from an instance, I receive the following
message:

{"itemNotFound": {"message": "The resource could not be found.", "code":
404}}
At the moment, the floating IP associated to our account cannot be either
disassociated (due to the error) or associated (because the button is
greyed out).
