Dear André The access problem is caused due to some post-upgrade process that are performed on the cloud portal after the installation of the new idM. Since you have followed the 'Restore Password' process (Connect tohttps://cloud.lab.fiware.org, Click on 'Forgot my password', Follow the steps to resort your password), then your account will be activated after the finalization of the update processes.
