[Fiware-lab-help] Community account upgrade

Hello,

i am providing technical help on the context of FRACTALS accelerator
project.

Can you check the following issue about a community account upgrade?

  We have been using the FIWARE user jmarias at loginet.hu, probably as a
trial account. We have received a message regarding the date of accunt
expiration. We have filled the community upgrade form after the account
have expired (approximately two weeks ago). We have not received any
response since then.

    Given Our participation in the FRACTALS accelerator, the usage of the
FI-Lab testbed would be important.

    We would like to ask whether this latency is normal or there is an
issue.  Also, the approximated time of the response regarding the community
upgrade would be useful.
