Dear IDAS team, Carlos, after the disk failure on our server, we repaired, re-installed, and re-started the application that uses the IDAS instance on the 130.206.80.47:8002 (Idas FINESCE) IDASClient c = new IDASClient("http://130.206.80.47:8002/idas/sml?apikey=69ra4ia6acvgm6f5p7nn19 crdi"); We cross-checked the network settings and the communication channel is open, not restricted. The issue is the fact that the IDAS refuse the connection by returning the "407 Proxy Authentication required". We do not have any proxy. Our software worked in the past. There seems no reasons for the different behavior. We tried to ping http://130.206.80.47, but IDAS is not answering. We tried to post some data through POSTMAN, but the answer is "404 Not Found". The urgency is caused by the 15th September Final review of FIENSCE with EC officials, so the application should be working. Please, could you check and reactivate the IDAS instance that serves FINESCE application as soon as possible in the same configuration as before. Thank you. M.
