Dear,

available resources depends on which type of account you have:

- community accounts have an associated region and resources on that region
- trial accounts are usually associated to Spain, they can evaluate the Lab with a limited number of resources and for a limited period
- basic account, must be connected with a community account and can work using resources of the linked organisation

Please check your account type in your profile (https://account.lab.fiware.org/settings/ —> Account Status). In that page you should be also able to request an account upgrade, if needed.
