I’ve seen that your account is still a valid community account (Expires at: 2016-02-12), moreover it is associated with the Spain2 region, therefore I’ve just forwarded your request to the Spain support.
They will help you understand why you cannot use resources on Cloud.

About fracas at ucam.edu I see the process of authorisation still in progress and the last message to you was:

I see that previously another community account request was filed by Antonio for MiLeyenda the LEGEND project. Do you want to get added to that communtiy account? or are you requesting a new one for a new project? could u kindly clarify?
