[Fiware-lab-help] Machine Shutting down

I cannot access to our machine by ssh neither by the Fiware Lab platform.

Yesterday I turned off the machine and it has been in the "Shutting down
..." state and I can not find a way to restart it.

Our user is borja at explodedview.es.
