[Fiware-lab-help] FIWARE Lab Assistance

Hi team,

On the account CEF-BUILDING-BLOCKS at ec.europa.eu, region Spain2, we have an
instance that we created 2+ years ago and don't want to lose (192.168.208.161).
I tried restarting it but it remained in Rebooting since last night. I
cannot shut it off either.

Could you help restarting it without losing the data?
